Yet when it comes time to help the guy who could be the next guy since you know Big Ben can't seem to figure out how long he wants to play for and keeps his team in the dark but gets upset when they try to come up with a successor plan he turns into a huge A-Hole.

As far as the participation trophy comments are concerned I am and have been anti participation trophy, I am a parent of 2 children one of which is old enough to learn that they win some they lose some in life. How you handle losing defines you more than being a winner. So F off with that comment, you don't know anything about me and my personal views because I like to keep them off of these boards.

With those assets Vegas was able to trade for Tatar for one and still have a cupboard full of draft picks.

Teams were careless in that regard.

This is true so I know there should be a few that feel like they were cast aside. Still though, the idea that it was a team full of nobodies that magically transformed isn't right either.

The expansion draft was set up to let them succeed from the get go...they are. I think it was more a product of their draft pool then them finding all these diamonds in the rough.
