Most of these sites seem to think all teams are looking for poont producers, yet the teams that are still in playoffs have a good mix of defensemen.

In the comments on that Oilers site their fans are talking about trading 10 OA and adding a middling forward or a serviceable 5/6/7/8 dman for a top 4 dman. I don't know that you'd have to add much to Tanev considering Chia seems easy to swindle and they are desperate for competent dmen

exactly...Tanev is a top four right shot dman. he should be worth a 10-15 pick. If he isn't you hold onto him until the deadline and play him with OJ all year.
