I like about up to maybe 40 players the rest not so sure on. I can see a good player fall to us in the 2nd.

Looking back a bit at past drafts...

Missing out on Makar & now Dahlin there goes my scoring D i liked most for our needs. I’m fine if we load up upfront especially if a C or another top sniper. Tkachuk’s skill set is welcome also. As much as i repeatedly said we need D i’m not entirely sold on them this draft. Hughes stands out with high upside then there is Boqvist who is hard to get a bead on. If they are both gone then fine. With 3 D gone in the top 6 it makes a good F drop to us. I like Dobson & Bouchard but cannot nudge myself to commit to them. Pick D in the 2nd & in the 3rd if worthy

Normally I just pick 3 players per round i'd like Van to draft that I think will be there when they draft. This year I just made a giant list. Probably at least 20 players on it are going to be 1st round picks. 15 second round picks and then just random players I've seen.
