He never played with Eichel this year for some unknown reason. Even with 10 games left, Pommer was still there. He played well with Eichel in the spring of '17 for like 5 games

that post lockout team was fun to watch.. you couldn't turn it off. they could be down 3 going into the third and you knew they still had a chance. this past season once the team went down 1 goal you knew it was over

More speed makes break outs easier and improves the transition game (we have absolutely no transition game right now)

Besides being incredibly talented, there is a reason that Eichel and Kane were legitimately the only good 5 on 5 goal scorers. A lot had to do with speed in transition

I was never a vanek fan, but he would be an upgrade over most of our left wings. (If not all of them)
