I would love to have Tavares, but I think what we really need is a 1st and 2nd line LW. Someone Jack can feed the puck to. If we can move out Bogo and O'Reilly salaries to gain said wingers and somehow manage to get a Tavares that would be a winning offseason

If we get Tavares, RoR instantly becomes expendable.

The issue here is that a RoR trade would be best done at the draft and we wouldnt know the result of the Tavares situation by then

My dream scenario would be signing Tavares, finding some combination of RoR+ for a pick in the top 3 and Galchenyuk.

Being a fan since day one and with strong consideration of what has been going on with this franchise in the past few years, I don't see Tavares signing here. I believe he would want to go where a team is closer to contending for a champioship. It would be nice though.

I think the only way to improve this team and sign Tavares would be to get rid of Okposo by the summer of 2021. Buying him out that summer would only save a million on the cap. So you'd have to get real creative. Then also pray that JT can play at a 10 million dollar level for 7 years. Quite a gamble.

You forgot to add preformance bonuses. If Dahlin gets 8 mil, he'd have reached levels for performance bonuses. Sorry Sabers fans.. you suck! Lol

Sabres are going to be good.

The pegulas buying that home clearly shows that they are going to be "more involved " and that kim is taking her presidency to heart.
