I’d buy low on Saad if they’re selling, good 5v5 2-way player who sucks on the PP. Legit 2nd line winger that can play against top lines. Only 25 years old so he can be apart of the future here.

The LTIR does not kick in until after the season starts . By then players are under contract.

I know, but you're allowed to be over by 10% over the cap during the summer so this still seems bizarre.
