I can't tell if you really like Matthews or you really dislike Laine. Winnipeg made it 2 rounds deeper with Scheifele as their 1C. Do you think he's better or worse than Matthews?

Schiefele or Matthews? That's a bit tough, right now Schiefele but I think Matthews may be better once in his prime. I don't dislike Laine, ijust think it's a laughable comparison, as he probably will be a 60-75 point guy for his career at a far less important position on the ice. That's pretty good, but not in the same class as Schiefele or Matthews. |

Personally I don't care if his points came on the PP or not 17 games 12 points.
- VANTEL
12 points in 17 games for a first time playoffs at 20 i think is really good. Kid is still improving. I think skill wise Laine is the better pure goal scorer, Matthews has the better 200 ft game. Laine, so far, seems like the better teammate/franchise friendly player. |
