I still say its an insult to the fans if Snow stays or Weight is the head coach. If they have to keep Snow because of his contract I don't think they should keep him in the GM position. Move him to head of marketing or something like that. I would also be okay with him being demoted to assistant GM. Let him sit in his office and watch cat videos on YouTube.
