I don’t know if it will happen, but I think they’re making a real serious effort. I think they’re pushing hard.

Scott Stevens is a guy with a long history with Lou Lamoriello, a long commitment to defensive hockey – that’s something I wonder if that’s going to be a part of all of this.”

As far as I’m concerned Lou can replace the whole coaching staff.

No defense in keeping Weight and his 10 year high GA, and worst in the league PK.

Yeah someone brought that up a day or two ago (may have been Friedman then, too) also. It's an interesting thought. I, admittedly, don't really know much about Stevens as a coach...but his playing career is certainly impressive.

Oh yeah but he needs to be careful and keep it together. I know a lot on here don’t like him but he has been very effective.

There is no question he is effective. That makes me hate that POS even more.
