Off topic, but is anyone interested in joining a 31 team simulation hockey league? It's like EA be-a-gm on steroids basically. You manage an NHL team, an AHL team and prospects. Sign players to contracts, set your lineups and strategies, and then all the games are simulated. We've got a couple open spots in the league right now, and at least one VERY good team is available.

I'll probably post this a few times for maximum visibility since it's the down time and people aren't around as frequently. Hope I'm not violating any ToS... The NHL's department of player safety has a time-frame for what is considered a "late" hit (it is supposedly 0.6 seconds after a player gives up the puck, but they never actually reveal what the times are on late hits), but there doesn't seem to be any concrete rule or guideline for it.
