Beaner and McDermott are hell bent to bring in quality talent that also has that edge to push them over the top of the heap...leadership, accountability, drive to be the best.
You know, once they get enough f these guys who bring more to the team than just talent...maybe then they will have the necessary mass to,propel others to jump on board for a collective, single purpose/goal.

He's probably being bought out, seeing that he put his house up for sale. If he doesn't get bought out, which makes more financial sense and less emotional sense, he'll be in the AHL somewhere like the Reign or Amerks or he'll be traded somehow.
