imo it's mostly about finding open space...he had that in junior playing against his peers but it's harder to find at the pro level...in addition, that first Amerks team he played for was pretty bad

Having Sergachev or Drouin would be pretty nice

I agree Michael, for sure.
But the warning signs were there for all to read/see.
They took a risk that they could develop him into going into the tough areas...to date that has not transpired.
He needs to show it this year or in my mind we can and should move on.

Nylander has a ton of talent, i want to see what he does with real talent around him before I make an assessment.

1. He’s lost = bust
2. He doesn’t want to be here...as in Buffalo or Rochester
