The scribe writes that he spoke to one executive who believes that on-ice testing will be required, especially if the league intends to televise the combine in the future. The main reason there are no on-ice drills is because some players haven’t been on the ice in months, while others have only recently finished their playoff runs.

He'll go to a winning team for 8-9 mill and longer term. Why would he go short-term? 8-9 mill in vegas is probably more than 14 mil in vancouver unfortunately

K'andre Miller is just a beast. Smokes both hand grips, top 10 in bench. Could be a later first rounder that plays this year.

Boquist winning 2nd in the wingate is pretty impressive, also he grew and is 5'11 1/2. Safe to say he cracks 6'. Giving teams a good reason to draft.

Who are nothing without Fedorov, Konstantinov, larionov, Lidstrom, Datsyuk and Zetterburg. It's a team sport, there were way more good euros on those teams than Canadians/yanks.

I think you could have legit argument Lidstrom was the best player on that team, more important than Yzerman. I can see your glasses are tinted, I like Yzerman and Sakic, but they were far from alone.
