If Hughes or Wahlstrom is available you need to take them. - VANTEL
Yup, I agree, gotta take one of those guys if they're there. Hughes if they're both there because of his skill level. I know I just said I'd take the center first but he's the one defensemen I'd gamble on because of his skill.
I wasn't high on him before because of his size but he was measured properly at the combine and came in at just under six feet so I'll let him slide on his size |

My best guess...
Buffalo - Dahlin
Carolina - Svechnikov
Montreal - Hughes
Ottawa - Zadina
Arizona - Boqvist
Detroit - Tkachuk
Vancouver - Wahlstrom |

I still think Boqvist will fall a bit, I'd replace him in that top 7 with Dobson or Kotkaniemi. |

AZ GM seems like the guy who'll take a chance on him and buck the trend. |

AZ needs a forward that can score. Kotkainiemi might be that guy. |

Wasn't Juolevi suppose to be a top pairing guy? - VANTEL
Dobson is a far better prospect. Better skater, better attitude and better production. And no, I seem to remember he was projected as a top four guy |

yeah, I guess so. They're pretty invested in advanced stats so I assume they'll simply draft the prospect who has the best numbers(and I'm not talking about goals and points here). |

You think Hughes makes it to #7? - LeftCoaster
It's possible. Seems like quite a few teams will pick d above us (Arizona and Detroit), maybe even MTL. I have Boqvist going third, and one of wahlstrom, tkachuk or hughes sliding to us for that reason. MTL could pick hughes in that spot, we end up with boquist. 7 is definitely a good pick. I'd be really happy with one of those 4 guys. |

I think it will be Wahlstrom or a d such as hughes/boqvist. They are pretty good up the middle, don't need to reach. |
