He doesn’t subscribe to the Eklund school of journalism, usually there’s some substance to what he reports. Tire kicking is fine, but when we have so many needs and so few tradeable assets Benning starts to make me nervous.

Been years since I been down there, beautiful beaches. Ocean Shores in Washington State is nice too. Its going too so nice to be able to see and smell the ocean. I'm a B.C boy but moved to Edmonton, so sick of this place!
