Thank you Carol!
Nice piece on Mr. Ashbridge, I'm sorry that you lost a colleague and mentor.

I did not comment on it because I am not as familiar with him as most of you are in here. I grew up in Montreal and spent many years in Edmonton so my roots are not as deep as most of you in here.

It was a very respectful and touching piece by Carol

That works too. Montour as well but I haven’t looked into their numbers or seen what Ducks fans think of these guys

Carolina want a first and a prospect for Skinner . If there is a bidding war why not a first and something else

Lets be honest, Skinner’s value is higher than Sutter’s

There is a big demand for centers. Sutter is one of the best shut down centers that can score close to 20 on a good team.

I don’t think Benning plans to move him, but that’s potentially a good thing because someone might get desperate and offer him something ridiculous

If Henrik was back then I’d say it was more likely

Bit of a twisted comment, but whatever makes you feel good.

I'm not a fan, really wish he was developed properly, Canucks fault not Stechers. No blind hate, just not a fan, but carry on carrying on... ya man.

I agree. I think as mentioned earlier, until Gaudette and Pettersson (if he plays center) prove they are ready, you need to hold onto Sutter unless you are getting a really really good deal.

Comptois and a first for Sutter. They have Steel and Henrique as young centers

All depends on how Cassels, MacEwen, chapoo, EP do at camp.

I really don’t think they plan to start EP at center, even if he lights it up in camp

The rest are long shots to even make the opening lineup

I know people are laughing at this but Chaput put up very good numbers this year in Utica .

If they need Chaput next season then they will be at the top of the lottery draft as well.

I realize that. I am curious though how much he has grown after another year of development . He was Comets best center.

Might be late to the party but have we discussed Craig Buttons final player rankings yet?

Very interesting with some centers moving up his rankings.
