That's not really what he said. He pointed out that his 'love of the game' comments weren't the normal season ending cliches, which is true. Surprised he's defending RoR tbh. Really tame column by him. Maybe it's how he kept his job.

Sabres can then Package 10 and 32 to get to 6, 7 and get a real RHD like Bouchard.
They can the trade one of McCabe/Scandella to grab another RHD
