Our bottom 6 was the worst in the league, or at the very least, extremely close to it. It needs to be vastly improved, and a big part of the is booting Johan Larsson and Matt Moulson into the (frank)ing sun.

HOWEVER

All facets of this team need improvement, which includes a new goalie or two, a defensive retooling where we find ourselves a long term #2 among other moves and a dire need to fill the entire left wing.

Set ourselves up to be competing from 2019-20 through 2028-29 whatever....

Moving ROR makes the most sense it ever will right now. His value will never be higher, especially as we start to spread out the ice time. He also will be 29 before he sniffs a playoff game as a Sabre.

A big trade could really set us up.

It depends. If we're moving guys from our top-6 into the bottom 6, and bringing in new top-6, it would absolutely make a 10-15 win difference.


If the 3rd line is wilson-Mitts-okposo instead of Moulson-Larsson-Griffith, that's a HUGE difference
