in Quebec we are smarter than everyone so instead of going to university after high school, we have to go to Cegep for 2 years in between where we spend 2 years playing cards and drinking beer and studying philosophy and anthropology.

of course this is fully government funded and run by unionized teachers and many kids decided they enjoy it so much they take 6 years to complete it instead of 2
