I think we need more insight into gmjb’s plan.

If he’s trying to do a full rebuild there’s a very good chance we are awful again next year.

My hope was that last year was half see what the organization has and half getting dahlin.

That being said there’s really only so much one GM can do in one offseason without overpaying for the pieces you want.

As a person who likes short term satisfaction and entertainment I want the plan to be good next year.

As a strategist I think the plan should be to be good in 2-3 years and set us up for a decade of contending.

Good question, hmmm. Well I wouldn’t advise using the word suffering. I just think they communicate their focus on acquiring and developing and do it. I think fans are smart enough to see if Roch consistently competes they’ll know it will spill over.

Great year for Hutton last year, but very average goalie the rest of his career. I worry that he'll be a Cam Talbot. Great year as a backup, given the starting role, sh!ts the bed. His first year in Edm, he wasn't very good. Then team gets a shot in the arm from McDavid draft, then this past year, back to sucking.

Agreed. The movie, imo, was great. Poor release time killed it. Star Wars "snobs" who refuse to give it a chance killed it, too.

These spinoff movies are my favorites of the newest 4 movies, especially Rogue One. After A New Hope and Empire, Rogue is 3rd favorite for me.
