Confirmed teams that John Tavares will meet with this week at CAA offices in L.A.: Dallas, Boston, San Jose, Toronto, Tampa (plus of course NYI). The Tavares camp will also have conversations with 2-3 other teams over the phone and perhaps also meet with 1-2

Arizona could def be a trade partner after July 1st. Have the cap room, don’t have to pay a big chunk and seem to want to win now.

O’Reilly and a Lower level prospect for Strome and a 1st.

Strome could be a long term 3rd Center. We save lots of cap room to sign a winger. Arizona gets a guy to win now and slots in nice as a #2 Center.

If you're looking at this roster now how could John Tavares sign there he be better off signing in Tampa Bay or Boston with the young core

Doesn't solve the glaring hole at LW and we get even more inexperienced at Center for next year. Doesn't seem ideal to me. Perlini or Dvorak would be better. Still not a 20 goal season between them though.
