can anyone please tell my how mittelstadt being 2c would be worse for his "development" than 3c?

nhl is fluid, housley can protect his zone starts and matchups no matter which line hes penciled in to.

According to reports the deal would send O’Reilly and D Jake McCabe to St. Louis for D Colton Parayko, F Vladimir Sobotka and a 1st round pick.

Nothing is confirmed at this time, as it is believed St. Louis wants July 1st to arrive first so Buffalo pays O’Reilly his bonuses before they receive him.

Replace Sobotka with Berglund and I could live with it. I expect that pick to be 16-24. McCabe is more than a throw in, though

If they insist on Sobotka, then we should be able to get Kyrou or Thomas. Swap one of those with Nylander

Sobotka isn't a terrible player. He's only a 30 point guy, but he's great on faceoffs. Not ROR great, but consistently in the mid to upper 50% range.

I have to plead ignorance on the subject. A blues fan said he regressed in the past couple years though. Schwartz, Thomas, Fabbri, Berglund, Kyrou. Those are the pieces I want.
