It's funny to me to see how popular the Bar Bill has become. Growing up in East Aurora (in what seems like ions ago), that place was a disgusting hole in the wall. Now, depending on when you go, it's tough to get in.

I'll second that Barbill hot is very hot. I typically order my wings hot, but I thought it was too much when I went. I know I had this discussion with someone else on here before (jcrag, maybe?), but I was not a fan of the sauce flavor. They do something different with their sauce that I couldn't put my finger on, and it just didn't work for me. But a lot of people love it, so I'm probably just an outlier. I will say the wings themselves were good quality and cooked really well. I'd go back and try one of their other flavors, or maybe the medium-hot or medium sauce.
