JVR wouldnt fit in the system they are trying to implement here. Dont waste stupid money just because we have it.

The problem is Tim Murray screwed up the rebuild when Regier had this team loaded with picks and prospects, Murray was giving away 1st and 2nd rounders.

I am not interested in waiting any longer than we have to but some of these guys aren't the answer.

James van Riemsdyk had a 1.79 Goals/60 rate in 2017-18. Only Patrik Laine (1.95) and Auston Matthews (1.81) had higher rates with 50+ GP.

Weren't you just calling the Okposo deal bad? JVR is a slow winger on the wrong side of 30. Paying him for 5 years is the wrong move

Dummy, the GM is the one who makes the picks, so someone "vouched" for a guy, the GM is still the one that says "ok, let's draft that guy.".

Murray wasn't great, but the people who give him zero credit for the many, yes, many good things he did baffles me.

The halfwits on NHL Network radio were discussing how the Habs trade for Armia was a "good trade" for the Habs. Even though they got Armia and immediately bought out Mason.

I really can't stand listening to those programs anymore. All they do is fawn over original 6 teams now matter how utterly (frank)ing clueless the moves they make are. Any team outside that group is treated as an afterthought and a joke. I must say it was nice listening to the idiots bet against Vegas every single round of the playoffs only to eat their words.
