Probably would still bother me. Hate losing the best guy in the trade and owl Galchenyuk and Strome will cost way more than Matthews if they all pan out. If they don't then we have up a top 5 centre. |

Maybe - do you think it would be a good use of $5 million to get a guy that might get 10 miniutes a night? Maybe a useful d-man that will give us 15-18 minutes a night would be the course. After all.

Be nice if they can find a pesce type before he broke out without having to give up Nylander. Leafs have the analytics guys to find a guy who might be undervalued by his team. |

I'll forgive you for not being current with the Leafs management situation but they don't have an octagenarian at the helm, which means they're in a bad spot. |

Absolutely...Not sure the leafs are at that point just yet but signing John Tavares proves they wont be sitting around hoping to draft a contender..
