We got rid of a big contract that had another five years. RoR is a good player for now, but he's slow and has a bad back, and is an obvious problem with teammates. Getting rid of his contract now before his productions worsens is a positive.

He is 6’5, 1st round pick 2 years ago with Nylander. Is he ready?? Please stop!

He needs to hit the weight room get stronger for the wing he has to somewhat improve his skating and he probably has to be in the AHL this year

all the Blues fan said it was a mistake for him to be in the lineup last year he needs more time

Blues 1st in 2019 is top 10 protected. Wish they would have left that off, haha. But OK.

Not great cap hits especially for Berglund... 4 more years at 3.85....

Thompson.. I'll admit I don't know a lot about. But from what I've read big guy who CAN'T skate. Couldn't make it with the NHL last year but was a goal scorer in college. Likely projects out to be a 3rd line RW.... So no speed, no cap relief, no immediate goal scoring, no top six replacement. How did we win this trade...?
