It's not his choice to make. He can want it all he wants bottom line is it comes down to JB/Green. |

Well there is 2 parties and one wants to sign. I swear people like to argue for the sake of arguing.
I said there is lots of talk about Hughes on Twitter and I would not be surprised if he signed soon.
That is not a fact it is an opinion of mine .If I said he is definitely signing then you have a case |

Arizona offer sheeting matthews would actually help them in the long run though. - Codes1087
That would help distract from the bitter sniping between Matthews and Babcock.
Either way, offer sheet or trade request, his days are number in Toronto. |

I think he will be really good but the big question is when.
Gudbrandson may finally earn a paycheck and protect the little guy - VANTEL
EG has been much maligned with most of it his own doing. Maybe Hughes is the answer for him. Lets hope it is. |

I doubt top pairing minutes is the way to go. If it is then he’d be signed already. Nothing odd about a defensive D paired with a Hughes. See Reilly & what he needs. |

EG is one of the worst defensive dmen in the league. I agree there's nothing odd about pairing him with some one that is good at defending, that's Tanev or Edler IMO. |

it can be one, or two, but tell me pres, why would a player settle with an arbitrator for 2 years, when you can only go to arbitration once as a player, and you would almost ensure you would get a better contract the following year... - Codes1087
?
If the player files for arbitration the team gets to choose whether or not it's a one or two year deal. The player doesn't get a choice in the term if he's the one that files. I'm not quite as solid about it if the team files but I believe it's only a one year deal in that situation. |

With our luck the arbitrator will give him a NTC. - A_SteamingLombardi
Lol, can't trade a player signed under arbitration for a year. |

Saw Brian Campbell on the radio this morning giving insane praise to the kid. Saying he enters the league already being one of the best skaters and could defend against mcdavid. - Codes1087
I’m telling you Hughes will be the next Bobby Orr.
General Manager Jim Benning is a genius, I’m sure no comment will be required. |

SUBBAN did sign a 2yr bridge.
The arbitrator did not award a 8/9m contract.

I havent fished a single time this season. Separated shoulder on my casting arm along with some muscle damage in my forarm. Then fishing never really picked up this season and the pooptiest thing is trying to not spend a dime on gas all summer so I can afford fishing in the fall. Boring. Depressing... and then there's this place...

Can you show me one article that backs that? I can show you at least 15 others that say differently. Google PK Subban arbitration
No arbitrator can award an 8 year deal. An Arbitrator can hand out a one year or two year deal only |
