Really? After the last couple of years? Even Gronk and Brady have been letting stuff go. Then there's the Brady forced the Garappolo trade. Guys name it as their least favorite team to play for, yet they still go, because they win. The Bengals(a team that has had a modicum of success for a while, but has never actually gotten anywhere) could never get away with that.

I look differently at a) player on player toxicity, then b) a coach, who btw who has proven to be the greatest of the last 20 -30 years in his sport, inscisting on excellence, commitment to winning first and self second, and doing it his proven way...and it works.

Not saying he is guilty, but in hiring that caliber of attorney, he must be anticipating a rather significant fight coming.

Spare me the, well if you had that kind of money and faced those allegations you would do the same .... right, I would. And I would also be open to the same eyebrow raising questions.

With the issues of various players on the Bills and Sabres recently, I wonder if the Pegula's ever question their decision to enter into ownership.

They have been embarrassed by the events surrounding EK9 a couple of times, ROR allegedly acting like a 2 year old, Reinhart's rumored chemiustry problem, and now the accusations aimed at Shady.

Must be a lot of fun dealing with this crap even if half us untrue.

I don't think it's too big of a deal, Pegula is doing a good job of cutting the cancers our of his organizations. Fans don't blame him for the scum bag things his players do, he can't control that. I do think he needs to make a, "You (frank) up and you're gone," policy clear with his franchises, though.

It's just that this happens all the time. Every organization. No one gives a poop that Baltimore had Ray Rice on the roster. No one cared that NE had Hernandez. Or the Jets had Burris. Or the Falcons had Vick. These players are the story of the week, they get punished or exonerated, and everyone moves on without blinking an eye.
