He doesn't have a problem in the lockerroom, most of the guys get their "stuff" from him. Everyone loves the dealer.

Now I pulled up in Chrome and the attachment part is simply gone. I suck. I'm sorry. I'm sure it's great though, but was interested.

So little known fact, since Reinhart has reached a few incentives each year, his contract for the last 3 years had averaged $3.5m per. So he will be getting a raise, maybe more than you are saying here too. We will see. But $4m seems reasonable on short deal

Edit: also, why can't more nhl deals be based off agreed upon incentives. Like not the same for every player, but a reason to sign a guy to get say 50 assists or something? Or a 4th liner to get 30 points?

In capfriendly it says that, so I am sure of that, haha.

Edit McDavid is $3.775 and Reinhart is $3.5ish. So he did not hit ALL his incentives.

They list max possible bonus, not actual achieved bonus.

I think a lot of people underestimate reinhart’s Speed... he is not slow... average, okay ( the nhl has tons of players in this group) but he’s not slow...

The site clearly says that performance bonuses are the max a player can obtain in the season.

Mitts doesn't have maximum allowed bonuses.

edit: guess we're been too spoiled by top 2 picks. performance bonuses tend to scale down quickly after the top 4 picks. It's normal for a #8 pick to not get any type-b bonuses.
