There’s a band called (frank) it?

Even better, they quit!
Best enjoyed live (saw them twice, going again on Saturday), this 7" is the next best thing.
I'll give you 7"

I’ve always been pretty diverse with music tastes, but metal and rap never made the cut. Not as gay as Jimmy tho, and his Bread fetishes

I bought a Bread album at a yard sale and gave it away. Love folk music, can't stand soft rock. Not big on rap either, but I get where they're coming from. Punk rock from across the tracks.

Was lucky to see Metalicca play with NY symphony harmonic at MSG. Really gained appreciation for their actual musical ability and genioius

I loved that SNM album, a lot of people didn't. They only performed 2 concerts w the symphony, NY & San Fran where they recorded that album.

I still see hardcore and grindcore shows, and I'm 48. We're going to see (frank) It, I Quit on Saturday night. If it's too loud, you're too old. I do wear earplugs, though since I'm older and wiser.

Oh, and I can still hold my own in the pit with most of these kids. I learned at early hardcore shows.

100%, Metal till I die.

Rangers thread is the only good one when it comes to veering off track and talking music.
I mostly like Punk and Metal ( im pretty specific when it comes to their respective sub genres though).

He goes "get Gene Simmons or Steven Tyler in there (grammys) " LOL, like those guys are relevant anymore.

Grohl is into Motorhead & Slayer too, guy is a machine, plays anything and is a great ambassador for Rock & Roll, something we need nowadays.

- RustyKuntz

i remember him rocking out front row on like jimmy kimmel or jimmy fallon when Soundgarden got back together in 2012 and was playing their new album. Guy loves his music

Not really what I’m into. As far as punk goes I always liked the 80’s california and DC punk. For more modern or active stuff I like Turbonegro, Propagandhi and the Dwarves.
I stumbled upon a LA latino punk band called Generacion Suicida , they sing 100% in spanish so I have no idea what theyre saying, but the music is amazing.
For Metal I’m all about the classics and 80’s thrash, with Immortal and Darkthrone topping my list of more current acts.
