A “core” player/prospect
Not a “decent” prospect (Thompson isn’t a “good” one imo after last season)
The (likely) late 1st is nice,
but that’s got maybe a 33% chance at becoming an impact player for us
The rest is all “meh”
Sobatka is a Cap dump
Berglund is a contract they also obviously wanted gone
2nd round picks amount to nothing A LOT more than they work out
I’d have been happy with:
Parayko
Sobatka (Cap dump)
Pick or someone like Fabbri for taking Sobatka AND
We pay the 7.5mil
And then if they wanted to get rid of Berglund’s contract too,
I’d have said ok if that’s what we needed to do to make it work
I think GMs value draft picks WAY too highly - jdfitz77
With Dahlin and Mittelstadt in Buffalo. Guhle and Thompson are our top two prospects. I think your love for RoR is bleeding over a bit much if you can only consider Thompson a 'decent' prospect. Most of our system is a grade or two below him.

Looks like everyone accepted their QO. I'm a bit surprised by that.

Not sure I agree with that. I think aspland is a better prospect, the bum might still be too and Olofsson, maybe even pu. |

Maybe the fact that we have 16+ nhl possible forwards, the players want to focus on making the team and not mess around?

Guess so. I just thought either Smith or O'Regan would get a 2 year deal.

I know your just being you, but Eichel has not been a point per game player YET. My guess is he is this year, at least he better be. |

Asplund and Nylander are 3 and 4 in my book. Pu's probably 5th. I consider them all good prospects. I don't want to jump the gun and rate Olofsson too high, before he's played a game in North America.

Show me where points scored are equal too or greater than number of games played... for a season...

so they only take it one decimal place.. therefore the 0.95 rounds up to 1.0?
if that is even what i am looking at.. common core math where 64=67 basically |
