Since winning the Calder Trophy in Buffalo it's been all downhill since. He's paid like a top four defenseman, but has been very mediocre. He has the luxury of playing on one of the best teams in the NHL. He also has the luxury of playing behind Dustin Byfuglien and Jacob Trouba. The Jets could make better use of his bloated cap hit and they will have to with Patrik Laine, Blake Wheeler, and potentially Jacob Trouba's extension on the horizon.
