For example, I’m making 95k with full benefits but my rent is $1,600/month just for 1 room!!! granted it’s in LES, I’m in the center of the universe but (frank) me, the expenses make me always wonder what if.

So what would be a comparable back in Buffalo?

I got an offer to make $1,100 as a 1099 up in Clarence, I’m not a math guy or a very financially responsible person (surprised?).
