So he goes to the double wide roll up & lifts it from the side not the middle & wedges it & twists the panels & cuts the stainless steel cable. I unlodged it & he says he not responsible cuz i touched it last.

Well yeah, we're all guilty of it to some extent. It's just sad that the laziness often extends to the point where people aren't interested in learning or bettering themselves at all. I think that's not generally a behavior that is with us at birth so it shouldn't be trained out of kids so young
