No can do, the Senators jerseys from 1992/1993 are as iconic as taking pictures of your food at restaurants and "Tebowing." You can't change something with such a rich, storied history.

I thought exactly the same thing.

They do need something better though. It should be more simple, but the "O" isn't great either. It can lead to too many jokes about someone's O face. For example... This is a Sens fan's "O Face"

The only thing I can add to the jersey debate is that there is research published recently that states that sports teams that wear black as their base colour are penalized 40% more often than other teams. If that's the case, go to base red and base white.

Yeah, not sure what the attraction is there. Sometimes a single letter jersey can look cool, but an "O" doesn't work.

As long as we don't wear white gloves a la Vegas GK's.

I would like our home jersey to be red rather than black. I don't like the 2D logo. I think everything we've been doing the last few years has been gearing towards the O logo. It just makes sense to continue down that path.

My vote:
Home - Red with O logo
Away - White with O logo
Third - Black with either 2D or 3D logo
Melnyk - Found dead in a Bangkok hotel room

If they come out with new jerseys, the tougher answer is which player name/numbers will be left to put on the back?

It would also be nice if they changed the goal song in Ottawa from Blur's Song 2. to anything else. It's been the same goal song for at least 15 years. I wouldn't want to score either if I had to listen to the same song every time for that long.

They need a red jersey. The 2D red alternate is solid.

Yeah... not a big fan of that one. Or the 'O' for that matter. Kept reminding me of 'zero' each time I saw it, which was the team's performance last year.

I actually like the 3D centurion, so I guess I'm the only fan in Ottawa who bought a jersey with that on it.

Take this jersey, use this logo (flipped so it's looking to the right).... That would look awesome.

I kind of agree with the earlier comments though. At this point, changing the jersey or logo would 100% be viewed as a cash grab.

I'd keep them as is until the move to the new rink happens. Then release the new jersey's on opening night in the new rink.
