I hope it is just JB talk, trying to sound like we have a chance.

Would love to see the kids have good seasons and still be at the bottom of the standings for a good lottery pick.

TBH I don't think I'll be napping that much this year, hopefully the kids will be more entertaining this year.

Yeah tanking has not worked out well at all , just play

I don't care if the Canucks lose all 82 games this season, as long as they play hard and exciting, like the 1st dozen or so games last season.

I liked Hutton in his rookie season. Not sure what happened to him after. He lost his confidence maybe. He was often able to skate with the puck out of his own corner or trouble while being hounded a little bit.

Last season, he didn't look like the same player.

He hasn't played up to his contract. I can't see a team wanting to qualify him unless he does have a bounce back season.

I'd take anything we could get for him today. hope he does turn it around so he has some value.

How much you wanna bet Francesco shakes like leaf in the presence of Luigi, who must have tortured the kid? He always look someone stole his Lambretta daddy just bought him. He's both sad and also afraid to tell his pops.

He needs a crash course in toastmasters, cross-training, and to finally buy the old man a crate of oranges and stick him in the basement.

Anyway, this time next year we'll have both Hughes brothers and Jim Nill will be President/GM (after being fired by the Stars in May when they miss the playoffs), and he'll bring in his own coach...the return of AV!

I think Tanev would like to stay with his brother. Trouba you could get to stay by offering him 7 mil. Canucks would have the cap space and cpuld sign him 7 x7.5
