No the sens model is to work on a budgeted salary cause the owners a goof, which makes no one want to stay. Murray seems like the only thing that was holding that team together. Can’t compete on budget.

It’s an awful read imo. It’s as if you teamed up with Jackson and Botch to write a factually inaccurate story of the last 4 years of the organization. Forget facts, pass rumours off as the truth because that’s what responsible Vancouver journalists do

I mean, it's my preference every team finishes ahead of Vancouver next year anyways. For them to stay in the WC race and not deal their pending UFA's would extend the pain and make it more hilarious

I feel bad for Sens fans but it’s just too damn funny not to laugh at they are prime to start a rebuild but they don’t have their top 3 pick for next year in a deep draft

I was laughing at Pratt yesterday who was acting as a crusader for the truth that the fans deserve and the fans just won't let the firing go.

It doesn't matter to me who the president is. I'm more concerned about who they are drafting and the feck ups with trades and signings.

Ownership seems to continue to be the biggest problem.

But hey, I don't know who is making decisions, and what the real game plan was or is. Just hoping drafting and development is a priority.

I expect the media to make this upcoming season almost unbearable. Expecting losses and plenty of anger over how we lose, as if we should be winning.

It’s an opinion piece. There are no facts. What I took from it was a) Linden (his people) are in a best case scenario for preserving his legacy in the community. If they turn it around he “helped”, and if they don’t he walked away because he could see it coming. And b) he is as much to blame for this mess, as he was part of the disastrous shared vision for a quick turnaround.

It’s ok, like me you just like to argue, I get it
