I said they were looking into rnh and fat man phil yesterday
- homiedclown
Phil is about to turn 31
RNH only just turned 25
I think I’d prefer RNH
He’s underrated imo
But Stone would by far be my top target
Ottawa is a disaster
Let’s take advantage

Seems like a no brainer to me. Not sure how RNH would fit on this team though.
The hot dog man would be sweet.
Skinner-Eichel-Reinhart
Sheary-Mitts-Kessel
Holy hell. That's a playoff team.
The salary probably wouldn't work though unless a 3rd team got involved and took Moulson and a small piece (cough cough Melnyk) for a pick - jcragcrumple
RNH could play LW or 3C
He’s pretty good defensively
So if he was 3C, that could be more of a 2way line instead of just a defensive unit
We’d need to send out some salary to get either
I think RNH is 6mil & Kessel is 7.5ish |

I've been lurking a bit while on vacation in Buffalo and this is the most positive this blog has been since I can remember.
I was down at Canal Side on Thursday and had a few pops in me and no one down there mentioned the trade which I guess was to be expected since it was a Dead band and crowd. So, I get home and a bit drunk and get on the net and go on Twitter and and see a couple Tweets and I'm like WTF? I think the first one I saw was one from Mike Harrington saying something like the Sabres fleeced the Hurricanes. So, I had to dig deeper and I saw that we got Skinner and I'm drunk so I had to look a couple times to make sure what I saw reading was right. It took 5 hours for me to find out we got the guy. |

When is the last time an 18 year old was the #1 defenseman on a playoff team his rookie year? Has it ever happened? |

I was in bed watching SportsCenter when Jagr went to the Caps, I thought it was a dream until 2 days later. Because why the (frank) would the Pens trade Jagr? |

I’d rather move the assets it would cost for Kessel, to get Stone from Ottawa
Younger, good scorer, great defensively |

Don’t think Ottawa would trade him to us. We’d have to get him as a UFA next year. |

Stone is titties, doubt he’s getting dealt in the division. I want Dzingle from Ottawa |
