I personally don't have Matthews in my top 10 yet. McDavid has the hardware and played better in the playoffs/took his team further. You could make a case for Sid, but McDavid has simply been more productive and statistically better. Just on a much worse team. Pacific is pretty weak, I Oilers will likely get a wildcard. With a couple over performing teams not making it this year.

Sid didn't lead his team to a cup as 21 year old, Malkin did. Sid was injured half the year malkin won the scoring trophy and the conn smythe. Sid led that team in same way Messier lead the team. That last two, for sure Crosby lead the way. Matthews isn't even captain. You're terrible at trolling

I would lump the canucks in with ottawa, detroit, and montreal as being complete non-entities for the next decade.

But when you go to gm place or whatever the dump is called now...you can see a giant retired jersey of stan smyl!!!

I remember as a kid, post cereals like honeycomb would have hockey cards inside. No one and i mean NO ONE would be caught dead with a canucks card.

if Van misses the playoffs 4 more years we will catch up to Buffalo. They went 7 years without playoffs.
