I generally like your blogs but aren't we beating dead hors.....strike that; we're beating a horse that died, fell off a cliff onto RR tracks and dragged until the train derailed and exploded.

That's a better summary of the last 3 seasons. We were near worst in almost every category there is.

Do we really need to relive it all?

What I learned today was apparently we were 5-4-1 at one point in November. I could have sworn we were like 2-8-2. I guess it just felt that way

Either the team was piss poor, and he deserves a pass, or the team was good, he deserves no pass. I would argue if the team is piss poor, it may leave a question open as to his coaching abilities, but "No Data" would be the value returned if the first criteria is met.

We were so good that Girgensons played with Eichel and Pominville.

The team was as piss poor as it possibly could have been. And in my opinion phil didnt motivate the guys. Maybe that's his style. The outdoor game video made me laugh. Phil comes into the lockerroom, the players barely felt his presence. Says a few soft words and leaves.

After like 5 games you could tell that they had to change styles because of how bad it was looking

I said on page 1, I don't care for Housley one way or another. I just don't think you can evaluate him for that season. I hated when we had 2 games left after we locked up last place and 28 and 29 were still with Eichel and Baptiste was on the 4th line. There were some poopty moves, but I'll give him a mulligan.

Botts finally gave him the horses, Housley has to make em run. The assistant hiring reminds me of Rex bringing Rob in. They gave him more help, now figure it out
