Actually contrary to the popular thought process Gretzky actually wanted out of EDM. His wife could not stand it there and wanted to be back in California for her 'acting career'. That trade never happens unless Wayne wants/approves it. Funny how many say 'if Wayne can be traded anyone can' lol. It's no co-incidence that it was LA where his wife wanted to be. Food for thought anyway in the dog days of summer here.

You proved my point but I’ll adjust my opinion to entitled prima donnas. They are an embarassment to the average hard working Russian citizen excluding the corrupt. In my current field of work Russians are the most hard working individuals i know of & some ppl envy that to the point of absurdity. Though i have not been to Russia i’ve dealt with Russian mill owners. In the field of marketing lumber they are well known to be unreliable on delivery & service. Basically customers shy away once word of where lumber is supplied from is disclosed. There lies the difference between the well off & the average Russian.

I like hard rock but I tend to lean more towards the punk stuff than the metal most of the time. Maybe just because I'm young and Rise Against and Green Day were my heroes when I was younger

That whole new Dee Snider album is killer IMO. Very fresh sound with a little of Testament/Maiden in there.

I haven't paid much attention to punk for the past 10-15 years as much of it has become processed and sounds the same. But there is some good stuff out there. I'm with you though as we always gravitate to the things we worshipped when we were all younger. Having said that I haven't paid much attention to Green Day for awhile now but I do have the whole Rise Against CD collection here...but really old punk is the way to go bro...

I am sure those rumors are half baked . We heard them back then and Gretz denied any truth to them but we still called her the Hockey Yoko Ono. I don't believe she ever landed a big acting job again

Need Nighthawk to configure a roster of a Gretzky traded to Vancouver Arthur G said they wanted 5 firsts and 15 mil , and Linden wasnt part of the package. Apparently the sticking point was Gretz wanted part ownership and Walter in management . Griffiths said NHL wouldnt OK part ownership, although i doubt AG had 15 mil to spend anyhow.
