Puljujarvi comes to mind, many teams stunt the growth of kids rushing them, every team has done it. It really comes down to playing these kids with players who are likely to succeed. Put them on a third line and they will likely flop just like a proven player. Gilbert Brule was rushed and was destroyed.

Gambardella appearing on this part of the list is pretty "out there". What's your impetus for having him there over a guy Maksimov?

Overall I ranked the players more to chance of being NHL players as opposed to potential ceiling. Makeimov has top 6 potential but Gambardella has a higher chance of being a NHL player albeit as a 4th liner

Neal doesn't break 20 goals this year playing for that poop stain of a team. Oilers will sweep you, again. Smith misses 10 games this year because his geriatric house doesn't give him permission to be out past 9pm.

I hope the Oilers will be patient and return Bouchard to junior for at least 1 more season. Edmontons history of rushing players onto the big team before they are ready has hurt many of their prospects development.
