Great to hear Tree is progressing in the KHL!

For 2019-2020, I think I'd like to see a made-over defence lineup something like:

Tanev + Hughes
Tree + OJ
Guddy + Edler (extended a couple of years)
with Biega, possibly, as the seventh / sub

obviously that would make Stecher, Pouliot, Hutton, Del Zotto all AHL / trade candidates....

That looks solid, but i'd take Stetcher/Pouliot as 7/8 over Biega.
Hutton and MDZ both can be traded at the TDL for whatever.
