SJ, LA and Anaheim still have good teams, they're a cut above everyone else in the Pacific imo. Injuries are a huge factor though.

The middle is tightly packed and then you have the poop teams like Vancouver and Arizona.

Throwing a mishmash of players together like Vegas does not mean wins.

They lost alot of offence from the defense, there powerplay wont be as good missing Hamilton, im not sold that Hanifin will actually be good.

They overachieved last year and I expect a fallback, but not sure how far? Again, still some talented guys there and they've got great goaltending.

Three I believe? 2016 - 2017 - 2018 the team was in the lotto every year. Technically 2014 as well but the rules have changed twice since then. They didn't have much chance of winning then.
