plus, it's a financial inevitability that he'll have to sell. he pays more in interest after his multiple re-financing deals then he makes in profit, and he has no other significant income to make up for those losses. short of winning the powerball, he'll go completely bankrupt if he doesn't sell.

Is it your slightly above average D, or maybe your mediocre group of forwards (other than a couple of good young guys), or your definitely mediocre defence.

sens will have a new owner sooner than later and begin rebuilding with a solid group of young players/prospects

BOS, WPG, NSH, TB, PHI, ANA, STL, SJ, LA, CBJ, WASH i think are all better

there are also teams like ARI, MINN, NJD who all have good d corps who are probably comparable.

no doubt CAR has a better D corps than Ottawa, but i don't think it's light years better, and i dont' think it's near the top of the league.

Slightly above average D? Yeah I’m sorry, but Hamilton, Slavin, Pesce alone makes their D better even with Karlsson. The forwards are much closer, but I’d gladly take Aho, Teuvo (guys who are actually going to stay long term and knocking on the 75pt + door) Svechnikov wild card, Over Duchene and Stone (who will be gone deadline day) and let’s be real here Craig Anderson is in the same lowly category as Scooter and mrazek.

Plus, being a Sens fan, you’re automatically bottom of the totem pole. You deserve to take shyte from any fan (even MTL and DET who I think the Sens are better than) solely because have you seen this organization? It’s the dictionary definition of gong show to the point where I feel the fans deserve much better. It’s a pathetic laughing stock.

As long as Dumb and Dumber (Dorion and Melnyk respectively) are in charge, Sens will achieve mediocrity at the very best.
It's hard to find a more inept NHL front office than these clowns.
Dorion can't evaluate talent but I believe Melnyk is the REAL GM of the Sens as Dorion is just there to make deals that Melnyk envisions for the future.
I'll be doing my part this season (And for any upcoming seasons with Dorion and Melnyk still running the show) by not dropping a dime into this franchise. Best way for changes to happen in Ottawa is to make sure that Melnyk's wallet suffers until he has no choice but to sell the team.
Once Melnyk is gone, I'll be back on board with the Sens.
