Couple years.
This is the Transition Year we have been waiting for, for what 6 years now?

Not going to lie, even with Bills season about to start...which should be interesting to watch,
I am truly excited to watch the Sabres this year as they transition away from a bottom feeder and now have a pipeline of talented young players biting at the heals of the vets for playing time with the big club!

It was fun to back read posts in here from last nights' game, and to watch the video highlights and interviews.
One thing that hit me watching the interview of Chris Taylor...he appears to have a good futre ahead of him as a coach. I know his position in Roch is important to drive the right development of the kids, but I would like to see him get a shot with the Sabres in the near future...reminds me a bit of Lindy.

From Buffalo's perspective, I was impressed with Alex Nylander, Rasmus Asplund, and Rasmus Dahlin. The latter created a ton of quality looks, scored twice, was effective breaking the puck out of the zone, and even laid a couple solid hits. He dominated the game.


Guess he missed the big kid Thompson that had a great game too.
