It could be 4 years before they see a meaningful return on that, if ever

Jack sounds like he is ready to be the leader, he also sounds very relaxed and refreshed.

Carter Hutton is going to do more for this locker room in training camp than ROR did his entire time here.

Skinner is ready to go.
