Kid still needs to grow into his frame, but it's not so much toughness I'm referring to. I want big strong fast and skilled players. They don't have to be fighters, but lets face it, it's a lot easier to push around a guy who is 5'10 180 or even a guy like Sanheim who while tall, is far from being thickly built, than it will be to push around guys that are 6'1-6'6 and all between 200-230 pounds.

I'd rather no one fight Martin, and someone hit Barzal and Ho-Sang just as hard as Martin hit Sanheim. Much more of a message sent if you know your play got a teammate injured as opposed to getting punched 3-4 times by a guy on skates and then sitting down for 5 minutes.

I don't want any of our regulars fighting in the preseason. Tough, hard hitting game is fine. Simmer hurt his thumb in a fight last season. No reason to drop the gloves once he is back in preseason line up.

Yeah I have no problem with the situation. The hit was penalized but I don't think it was particularly dirty or out of line except for the penalty itself.

I don’t know what people see in laughton as a center. The fact that hak has him on the wing tonight speaks volumes.

The Flyers should get a bottom 6 guy who isn't afraid to lay a hit that will see him suspended for three games. That'll turn things around.
