I honestly don’t think they plan on making much room. Juolevi I could see making it if he plays well, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he started down in Utica until injuries. I just think the guys who have already shown they can produce at the ahl level will be on the roster.

I think he legit wants to see what the guys that are actually fighting for roster spots have to bring, and I get it. The fans want to see the shiny new toys, instantly and as often as possible, but EP could take a dump on the ice and still make the team. I imagine it will be a team of filled with bubble players for the first and maybe second pre season games. But they still gotta sell tickets, so we get roster ambiguity.
