Seriously though, what is DPS thinking on this stuff? The players, the coaches and the GMs don't care if their 1C is taken out of preseason. You effectively said, "If it's one of the first preseason games...hit em, it's fine".

They should be regular season games, skip preseason altogether, let him play, and then sit once the regular season starts. Or like the Duncan Keith "Oh, there are 4(or whatever) games left in the regular season, but trying to take a guy's head off with your stick would normally garner a stiffer suspension? We can't deprive the team during the playoffs. 4 games."

I'd say Jackson, but hoping Fitz has 3 good games in a row is tough. They all have ups and downs, the Steelers can't stop anyone, and the Bucs are going nuts, so that's good. I would say Landry automatically, but he's nicked up on a short week against a very good defense, Watkins is a wild-card, Hogan's a maybe, the Lions are awful, but the Pats haven't been the Pats yet, and I'm just not really a fan of Miller.

I never trust Lamar Miller but he is projected to score the most out of that group, though that really doesn't mean much. If I start Jackson that means I have 2 Bucs WR's going (Evans), so it could be feast or famine. Watkins is intriguing but with so many other weapons on KC he could be a bust any given week.

Yeah, ok, I'd probably stay away from Jackson then. It's tough, for sure. The Giants aren't good, but yeah, I don't like Miller, especially with a mobile QB stealing some carries. Throw a dart.

Thursday night NFL games are almost always garbage. The college game on Thursday is usually better, except this week it's Temple vs Tulsa, that shouldn't even be on tv.
